Presenting authors should complete their registration by July 23, 2023.
Lecture Presentations
Lecture presentations will be a total of 15 minutes long (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). Authors should bring their PPT presentation on a USB drive. Authors will need to upload their slides to the presentation laptop in their session room in the morning or during one of the coffee/lunch breaks prior to their session.
Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.
The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that proportion.

VIRTUAL: If all the authors are attending virtually, we will play back your pre-recorded video during the live lecture session. If you have any colleagues onsite that can participate in the live Q&A, that is preferable. Otherwise, we will have an option for the virtual presenter to connect to the session via Zoom and answer questions after their video is played.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will take place on September 4, 5, and 6. Each poster presenter is assigned to present on a specific day - presenters are expected to attend both poster sessions on their assigned date.
The poster time slots are as follows:
Monday, September 4: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM, 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday, September 5: 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM, 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday, September 6: 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM, 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Authors are required to print their own poster and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends. Authors should be present by their poster for questions for the full length of the session.
The usable space on the poster board is 91" wide by 45" tall. We recommend printing your poster in landscape format.
Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the program. Please place your poster on the assigned board. Pins and/or tape will be provided. View the poster board layout here.
VIRTUAL: If you are a virtual poster presenter, we highly recommend having a colleague print your poster and hang it for you. If you are able to have a proxy presenter onsite to discuss your poster in person, this is preferable. If you are presenting virtually only, you may order a poster through GES here and they will deliver it to the venue - please indicate your paper number in your order. There is not a live poster session for virtual presenters; you will need to check your presentation within the CONFlux platform to monitor questions.
