Visas and Invitation Letters

All visitors to Canada must carry a passport that’s valid for at least three months from the date when you intend to leave the country. Travelers from more than 50 countries do not require a visitor’s visa for stays of less than three months. For longer stays, a visitor’s visa may be required.

Make sure you check your passport and visa requirements on the Canada Immigration Service website when you’re planning your trip.

Invitation Letters

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

Once you complete your registration, the invitation letter will be sent to you via email.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the IEEE IUS 2023. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.
